Inbound service

Corris takes over the donor service tasks of an organisation. This includes answering donor calls on behalf of the organisation, recording their requests, and making updates to their data directly. In the case of cancellation calls, we aim to retain the donor by offering suitable alternatives (e.g. lower amounts, different intervals, etc.). For complaints, we respond empathetically and work to find a satisfactory solution.
We also handle and respond to donor emails on behalf of our clients.
