Making it easy to manage donations independently
The donor services platform enables donors to change their address, adjust their contributions or cancel their donations easily online. After a simple registration process, donors can view the most important information about their membership. Before confirming a change, however, they are guided through a structured dialogue that provides information about the projects they support. The aim is to help donors make an informed decision and, ideally, prevent a complete cancellation.
Prevent cancellations, reduce administrative work
Insights from the past two years show that some supporting members reconsider their intention to cancel simply by visiting the donor services platform, without making any changes. Other donors decide against cancelling and instead switch to another payment method or adjust their donation amount. Another advantage is that the platform significantly reduces administrative work: manual confirmations are no longer required, as everything is automated.
Flexible use for NPOs
The donor services platform is currently available to all NPOs whose data is managed by Corris. NPOs that manage their donor data independently can use the platform provided that the required interfaces and APIs are implemented.
